Hello, here I thought that I would post a forum about astral projection. I have never yet acheived this although I am trying to, by first mastering lucid dreaming, which will take a little while, although time is worth it. I have heard from those who have expirienced it that it feels even more real and vivid then waking life, which brings me to advise you all to try it and shift, once in the astral realm, or however else you refer to it, whether on a scientific or spriritual level, you can just make things happen like you would in a lucid dream, and I think that it will help with shifting in the future -Freedom | |
