How to Connect with WolfStar- Meditation Way

As a few people may already know, WolfStar is the most powerful, wise wolf of them all. She takes care of all the Wolf Shapeshifter`s spirits, that show in their desired wolf form. However, this meditation will not let you see the wolf spirits, it will let you see, WolfStar, and let you talk to her. She will annswer any of your questions! Lets begin!

If you have any crystals, (clear quartz, rose quartz,) then use them, they are really helpful, especcially clear quartz, that crystal`s purpose is connecting with spirits and spirit animals.

Ok, make sure you are as comfy as possible, and try and stay still until this meditation is over. Try not to itch, try and ignore it. After you are comfy, close your eyes, don`t shut them tight, make sure they are relaxed. Relax your shoulders, relax your body. After you feel relaxed, inhale through your nose, for 3 seconds, exhale through your mouth for 3 seconds. Keep on doing this for 30 seconds, then breath normally. Then, use your mind to let WolfStar into your mind, if you don`t know what she looks like, go have a look at the picture linked in Wolf Pictures. After that, use your mind to ask her questions, or talk to her. WolfStar will not give out any personal information. She may let you into some secrets after a few connections. To let WolfStar drift away, visulize her slowly fading away, then open your eyes. Don`t suddenly open them. Let them open, slowly. 

This meditation is very true, I know this from experience, I have spoke to WolfStar and we are great buddies. WolfStar is immortal meaning she will never die, she is a spirit. Let me know, what you asked her, and tell me your answers! Xx

That may be right, Larka, WolfStar cannot shift into human, she is a spirit, dreamt of being a wolf, is a wolf.

You don`t need a quartz. If you be impatient I won`t tell you

You get quartz crystals from shops or if you or your parents are miners, you can find rare crystals underground.
