Spells will take time, and you have to practice shifting along side saying the spell. Also, the "side effects" are not definate, just a possibility | |

some spells have really late side effects, some have none. it depends on the person who did the spell. | |

Just remember that a spell on its own will not help you much without shifting. Think of it like a pair of headphones, completly useless without anything to plug them into. Best of luck | |

There is a lot of detail in regards to that. I would reccomend checking out older forums, and definately look it up online. Once you have the base of your information, just do what feels right. If you have any trouble I can give you scope (is that a thing?) of the information with shifting, just message me. | |
