no it really is like a chant!!!! you make it yourself i had a theory that if u made it personal to you it will work better!!! all that stuff about needing herbs or a special book is false all you need is maybe a pen/pencil, maybe paper, voice and a whole lot of hope!!!!! to communicate to wolfstar or luna, you need a crystal stuff like that if you communicating with spirits!!! hoped that helped!!!! | |
