I have heard of physical packs choosing territories and den sites. I was just wondering what your thoughts are. Is there any area that you view as a territory or den of some sort? Or do you and your pack (if you have one) have an established territory? I was just curious, and I thought it was time for a new forum

I don't really have an established territory. Although my room is an area I would view as a "territory". It does sometimes make me uncomfrotable when other people come in at first, and I view it more as a safe and protected area. I don't know if this is more of my animalistic side, or merely spending a lot of time in my room, or some of both. Do any of you experience something similar? (sorry, I am always interested in other people's expereinces so I tend to ask an annoying bit of questions) | |

Member Posts: 76 | Yeah its about my room too, though it is not about the room itself it is about the notebooks I have in there which I don't share with anyone I don't trust well enough to make end of life decisions for me(i.e. no one) but yeah my room is kinda my territory. | |

Administrator Posts: 1039 | Ah, so it is what is in the territory as opposed to the territory itself? I guess personal space can be reffered to as territory. I am sure people who are more animalistic would prefer to refer to it like that.(at least I do, anyways) | |

my room is my terriory but the areas around me and there is alot is my terriory like 4 miles (or more) each direction is about how far it goes. | |

You are lucky Do you use that territory with a physical pack to do you just kind of consider it your own?

You know something weird I was actually looking at this stuff just a few days ago! '0' oh yeah: Well to answer you question(not really just giving out RANDOM advice), I would consider "pack territory" not a place to guard, have a specific boundaries, and keep your other people out of there (cuz obviously that's not happening) but more of a place where you can comfort your fellow pack members. It's ok if people wander around your territory (unless there bothering you or of corse it's your room), so yeah, that's all for me right now. (Oh yeah my territory's my room too)
