My pleasure. I have actually never really done a speal offcially and neither have i physcialyy shifted. I do know quite a bit from being around the pack sites as well as other personal research, but i have yet to have much experience under my wing and i still have much to learn. So no, i do not really have a spell tyo give you although if you look around the site there are some
