Spirit of the Wolves

"No more hiding, no more running. You are free."

- Definement of your Wolf -

  • Alpha: In studies of social animals, the highest ranking individual is sometimes designated as the alpha.

Now being an Alpha is a huge responsibility, and something that should be taken seriously. One of the main parts of being an Alpha, is you become a leader to a pack. You protect and serve your family, even if the situation is tough. You take the bullet for your members, as spreading your love among them. Most of all, you show them it's okay to have fear, that it is apart of you. You may not be able to run from it, but you can destroy it. Alphas run the pack and are equals to each other. The is an Alpha male and Alpha female who are charged with making the decisions for the pack. They only hold absolute authority of the group and are responsible for its welfare and securing their territory. Usually the Alphas are the only usual breeding pair. The rank may sometimes be challenged for, but rarely will other pack members stand by to allow their Alphas to be challenged. The rank is sometimes handed down to a pup or the Beta after the death of an Alpha

  • Important message: Night assisgned each of us our roles, and we must respect them with great knowledge and stability.

  • Delta & Gamma: The Gamma wolf acts as an advisor for the Alphas and Betas, and usually hold a respected title over the rest of the pack. The Delta wolf is the second lowest ranking, yet they possess more authority over the omegas.

The Gamma is usually the runner-up in position for Beta-ship. They are usually either a little younger or a little older than the Beta, those few years making the difference in ability and/or strength. Gammas oversee the majority of hunts and aid the Beta when required. The Gamma is the bottom end of the pack’s uppermost level of dominance. The Delta wolf is the second lowest ranking, yet they possess more authority over the omegas. The deltas are trusted now by the Alphas and Betas.

  • Beta: The Beta is the second-in-command, as so to speak, as both Alphas share control of the pack.

Betas are usually very skilled hunters, are strong and loyal. They are usually older, as experience serves the pack well. They are expected to help protect the pack, help arrange hunts, assist the Alphas when needed and help keep order within the ranks, lay boundaries and remove offending wolves from pack lands.
